How it works

Find your swap, get closer to home

A quick tour before you dive in.

1

A swap is a trade of stations

You teach where you are; someone else teaches where you'd like to be — and they'd like to be where you are. That's a direct swap. You tell us your current school and the places you'd accept a transfer to.

2

Sometimes it takes three (or more)

A perfect one-to-one match is rare, so we also find multi-way rotations: you move to B's school, B to C's, and C to yours. Everyone lands somewhere they wanted — our engine finds these automatically.

3

You stay anonymous until everyone is in

If you choose anonymous, others see only a nickname and your municipality — never your exact school or contacts. Each member marks interested or pass, and only when everyone is interested do contacts unlock, and only to that match.

4

You arrange the real transfer yourself

Teacher Swap is an introduction tool only. It is independent and not endorsed by DepEd, and it never files or processes a transfer. Once introduced, you pursue the actual transfer through your own SDO, off-platform.
